ON-LINE GIVING
Pleasant Grove is proud to offer the convenience of online giving. You can make a single gift, schedule ongoing donations or view your giving history quickly and securely.
Proverbs 3 says “9 Honor the LORD from your wealth And from the first of all your produce” .
Numbers 18 says “12 All the best of the fresh oil and all the best of the fresh wine and of the grain, the first fruits of those which they give to the LORD, I give them to you. 13 The first ripe fruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to the LORD, shall be yours; everyone of your household who is clean may eat it.”
What better way to give the first fruits to the Lord than to have the gift made automatically. You can truly give to the Lord first honoring and thanking him for the financial blessings He has given you and your family.

FAQ - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I schedule recurring donations?
Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, twice per month, monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can set up as many schedules as you would like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
Can I view my contribution history?
One you create your online account, you can view all of your giving online. Pleasant Grove will still track and send your yearly giving summary for tax purposes but you can track or change your giving any time you like.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes, we will mail your quarterly and year-end giving statements directly to your home address.
What if I checking accounts or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at anytime, including the checking account information, date, frequency and amount.
Is online giving secure?
We have taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure. All of your giving data is secured by SSL encryption. SSL is an acronym for “Secure Socket Layer,” a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the internet. It is the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies.
How can I give?
We are only accepting Bank Draft/E-Check for online giving at this time. We are not offering credit card payments at this time.
How does it work?
Behind the scenes an Electronic Check (E-Check) is no different than writing a paper check. The following is a brief synopsis of what happens.
1. You write the check to a merchant (such as Pleasant Grove).
2. The merchant deposits or cashes that check with the merchant’s bank.
3. The merchant’s bank takes all of the checks for the day and sends the information to an Automated Clearing House (ACH) engine electronically for processing.
4. The ACH then reconciles the money between the issuing bank (your bank) and the receiving bank (Pleasant Grove).
An E-Check is almost exactly the same. The difference is that the information from the check is electronically sent to the ACH without requiring human intervention.
